I need help with my documents folder

I recently ran out of room on my C drive so I moved my documents folder to my E drive where there's more room. Windows made a copy of the folder and so I deleted the original in C drive which made windows also delete the documents folder in E drive that I had just created. I also already emptied my recycle bin so all the files were gone, or so I thought. Minutes later they all reappeared back on my C drive. But now, I cannot save my games after playing. My save games from the past are visible in the folder, but the game doesn't see them there.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Click your Start Button, type regedit and hit Enter to open the Registry Editor.

Click View and make sure 'Address Bar' is turned on.

Paste this into the Address Bar at the top and hit Enter.

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders

Please provide a screenshot of that Registry Editor page.
