Hotmail reset password failed

I have tried to rest my hotmail password over 10 times and I am unable to.

Can someone please assist I am desperate. Have tried with my credit card details and recent emails however it keeps on declining.

I am in need of a urgent password rest can someone please help>?

    Thanks Arif, I have attempted many times including recently sent emails and credit card details.

    Are you able to assist resetting my password? My most recent issue number was : 246311339

    The phone number and email address used to recover the account are no longer so I tried with all the other avenues.

    Regarding your Hotmail account, have you added another email account as a recovery email address to receive verification codes, or have you added your phone number as a recovery option?
