HI, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    1

Go back to the support page for your motherboard, then from there, download and manually re-install the version of chipset drivers they provide.

Wait to see if your system is stable.

    2

If not, please upload any new minidump files you may have from the latest system crashes.

    Hi Sumit,

Yes, the BIOS is fully updated. I Q-flashed it with the FB version (motherboard is the rev 1.2), but still BSOD.

Below is the attached screenshot of my msinfo32.

Thank you again for your help

One of your dump files is naming AuthenticAMD.sys as the faulting module. I would suggest updating any AMD drivers, e.g. chipset, graphics.

If you can tell us with either the make and model of your computer, or provide the msinfo32 (as suggested by Sumit) we will be able to help further.

    Hi Justin,

I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

It seems like related to the NVME drive.

    stornvme!NVMeControllerInitPart2+0x226

Is the BIOS fully updated of the PC?

    Right-click Start>Run.

Type in msinfo32 and press enter.

Take a screenshot of the System Summary window and post it in the next reply.
