I assume you have installed the same edition (Home or Pro) of Windows 11.
What is the result of the activation troubleshooter when you select changed hardware?

I purchased a product key for Windows 11 on the microsoft store for my computer. It's a mac running parallels. I had to reinstall parallels, and now my product key is lost. I am not able to access it through my past orders, even though I am able to see that past order. What do I need to to to get my product key back so my windows is activated properly on Paralells.

This is the same account. When I go to look at the order history, it says complete but it doesn’t allow me to click on the windows 10/11 home link. When I do that it says “we are sorry the page you requested is no longer available “
Well parallels is not a dual boot environment. It is basically a virtual machine running in a borderless window. I thought there was a program embedded into mac OS called boot camp or something like that. I Would assume that the key got deleted when you deleted the parallels program. Basically if you have different computer name listed on your MS account it will not activate unless you rename it to what it was. I would suggest using a dual boot setup at least you will not be dependent on a program vs a OS to remember your key.
A purchase from the Store is a digital licence and doesn't have a product key. The account you use to sign-in to windows and purchase the licence is effectively the key.
Are you using the same account to sign-in to windows as you used to purchase the licence?
