If the emails are not there, then check the garbage can. They don't usually empty it right away.

Mailbox was totally empty. I can only see the words, "Nothing to see here."

My email is Verizon.net through AOL.com. they took over when verizon stopped doing email. I access my mail through aol on the web.

Hi, I'm Elise, a fellow user like yourself and I'd be happy to help with your issue.

Could you let me know who your email provider is, e.g. outlook/hotmail/live, or gmail, yahoo, etc?

And how you access your emails, if this is via Mail, Outlook, or just via the web?

    Kind Regards,

    Elise
