windows update issues DUE TO BITS

I myself love updates but I have got issues regarding windows update. so, let me explain you see I have an acer aspire lite 15-51 brand new manufacture in September of 2023 since I setup and started the system I noticed that windows update was behaving very strangely I mean HARDLY ANY UPDATES?? OR AN ENTIRE MONTH IT SAYIN NO UPDATES??? I got very suspicious so what I did is that I went to the windows update trouble shooter, and it gave the following result: Check for Windows Update issues Detected    Detects issues related to Windows Update.  Resolve Windows Update issues Completed    Resolves common Windows Update issues.  InformationalWaaSMedicService  Issues remediated by:BinaryHealthPlugin I don't know what it was so I reseted windows update by a script and below it was written that this script is safe written by Microsoft mvp and I ran it and restarted my laptop just to when check for updates say no updates available??? and one more thing that before while checking for updates it would take around a minute and now not even ten seconds with no error message ???? pls help me I am doing a sfc scan while i type these words and it just got complete saying that windows did not find any integrity violations??????

    I recommend doing what the troubleshooter shows you because you've installed all the latest updates.

    hmm ok but then why is that troubleshooting report come??? after running troubleshooter (refer to question) and by the way i am busy now and will chat tomorrow same timings!

    Thank you for updating me with that information. Looking at your Update history details, you have installed all the recent updates available for your device. You have installed the latest Feature 23H2 update and the November 14 update - KB5032190. Checking for updates now will only prompt you with a "You're up to date" status.
