Hello Everyone, I'm Dorthy

I need despite up with my computer about 4 months ago I was able to download anything or start up any app but Microsoft edge. The problem was c:\systerm32\ and at the top it said bad image I brought this computer off of eBay and I've watched tons of videos trying to solve my problem but yet nothing has worked.     Good Morning Paul, here is one example of what is happening when a restart my computer it says powershell bad image. But this is exactly how it looks

    hello I have Xbox one and I try use usb 3.0 ntfs to copy my Xbox network to it and it did not work i head a error massage on my Xbox win I try play my video on this my error massage cant play this items file format may be unsupported the file extension may be incorrect or the file may be corrupted 0xc00d36c4 (0xc00d36c4) how do i fix it do i need a usb 3.0 ntfs or external hard drive

    Here's a update and sadly nothing worked side note in August I did reset my computer. Also I did contact Microsoft and they couldn't fix it. Also this computer was a graduation gift.

    It seems to be a DLL problem.

    I recommend that you use System File Checker to check and fix corrupted system files that may be the cause of the issue. Please refer to the link.

    Also, make sure to install the latest Windows updates.
