Tamper Protection problem

in my Windows 11pro PC I noticed that Tamper Protection is turned OFF and marked as "This setting is managed by your administrator." I am unable to turn it on.

1) no anti-virus/anti-malware 3rd party software is installed on the computer.

  1. This is my PC and I am the admin, it is not run or owned by anyone else.
  2. I've scanned the computer several times using Windows Defender, including offline scan and no threats were detected.
  3. Other settings such as Real-Time protection DO NOT HAVE this issue.
  4. As of this posting the latest Windows 10 updates have been downloaded and installed.
  5. I tried almost all the solutions provided by members, but they didn't work.

    Dear: JoseBeltre.

    Many thanks for responding to me, but unfortunately the problem still remains after doing the commands, I don't know how I solve this problem, I searched many sites, read various articles in this community and others, doing many commands, but still the problem is existing, many thanks if you can help me

    Hi, Farooq. I'm glad to assist you with this tamper protection issue.

    To remove "This setting is managed by your administrator" message, please open CMD as administrator and run this command:
    reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies" /f

    Open a new normal CMD console and run this command:

    reg delete "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies" /f

    Reboot your computer and try again to activate the tamper protection.
