Hello, recently I kept downloading games but then I realized that my ethernet connection is slow, 500 kbps đŸ˜±
I tried changing my DNS, checking for any updates, clearing my cache via command prompt, and many more.
I tried plugging in the ethernet cable into my laptop, and surprisingly I got 50 mbs+ but I'm literally getting less than 0 on my pc.....
My ethernet cable is from Ugreen, cat 7, my motherboard is Gigabyte z97x gaming 3. If you need any more information about my pc please let me know. thanks

Temporarily disconnect any device, wired or wireless, from the router, disconnect any external device except the mouse and keyboard from the PC, then start Windows in Safe Mode with Networking and check the speed. Go to Device Manager, expand network adapters, post a screenshot.
