    Hello forged_rs,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community!

I understand that you are experiencing SSD issues and management issues, and I can understand your feelings. To better understand your question, I would like to invite you to share more details about your question with me:

    • Could you please tell me where you saw that you were the administrator? Just provide a description, which will help me judge the problem better.
    • Could you please run netplwiz and provide me with the screenshot? This is the utility responsible for managing user accounts, and the steps are as follows: Press the Windows + R key at the same time -- type netplwiz.exe in the text field and click OK-- and send me the screenshot via reply

In addition, it seems that you do not have too many operating conditions at present, you can try to use the safe mode to enter the system, so as to get more operating conditions.

Safe mode to see if the system itself has a problem. We can use this to isolate the problem as Safe Mode enables a minimal number of additional services or apps to rule out issues caused by personalized settings and third-party apps.

Visit Start your PC in safe mode in Windows (microsoft.com) to view the specific steps. Please follow these in order and report back what you discover.

Please tell me the progress of this problem. If you have any questions or additions about this problem, please feel free to reply below. I will provide you with further technical help and look forward to your reply.

    Best Regarts ,
