Screen turn off timer does not work properly

Question

I set a screen turn of time in Windows 11. Example - if I set it to 1 minute. After 1 minute it turns off the display and again turns on automatically. Without even any mouse or keyboard movement. Turns off and turns on straightaway.

I ran the troubleshooter and installed Windows updates as well. No LUCK. Please do not suggest me to install clean windows. I would have done that If it was possible.

It is so frustrating that Microsoft does not treat these BUGS properly. Even these kinds of little issues. It is like we are living in a pool of bugs.

• Is the problem a recent phenomenon? Or has it existed for a long time?
• Were there any special events in the device before the problem occurs? For example, system update, driver update, application update, BIOS update?
• Does the phenomenon persist when all external hardware devices (both wired and wireless) are removed?
• Will you encounter similar issues if you boot the device into safe mode? Start your PC in safe mode in Windows - Microsoft Support
• Will you encounter similar issues if you log into the device with a new local account? Create a local user or administrator account in Windows - Microsoft Support
