Recording is controlled by the meeting policy settings as detailed here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/meeting-policies-in-teams#allow-cloud-recording
This is a per-user setting so you cannot control it via meeting options, if that's what you mean.
Adding a feature in MS Teams
Is it possible to add a feature in MS teams options " Allow recording for attendees? " like the ones in the attached picture?

2021-05-27T02:28:04.613+00:00 Currently there is no option for you to give the meeting recording control to attendees via meeting option. As michev said above, you could use the Microsoft Teams admin center or PowerShell to set a Teams meeting policy to control whether user’s meetings can be recorded.
