Hello,
Is there a setting where I can update the tags for figures and tables in all text at the same time?

    Hi @lal aslan

What do you mean by "tags" in Word? Do you mean Caption?
You may provide a screenshot to better describe your issue.

    Thanks for your answers.
Actually, I do the headings of figures and tables in the word file from the references section, in order to make an automatic "table of contents" later on.
When referring to the relevant table or figure in the text, I do it by using the "Cross references" section. Sometimes when I add or delete a new table or figure while writing the text, the headings of the figures or tables change automatically but not in the next (Cross-references). I have to manually update the text content one by one. I am looking for a shorter way to do this. Does F9 work?
