Basic display adaptor error 31

Hello,

I have recently built a new computer, and everything has been running smoothly, however recently games have been crashing out of the blue. I had a look around and found that the basic display adaptor is now throwing out error 31. I tried uninstalling, updating its drivers (there were no updates to do).

I did not have this issue before I updated my nvidia drivers to the latest version, so i tried to rollback that driver but now the issue persists.

I'm not sure how to fix this, please help,

    The driver is still not installed, download and install the AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition from that link and use that to try installing the AMD graphics drivers.

    Thank you or the screenshots, you have dual graphics on your PC with AMD Radeon Graphics on your AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D processor and you need to install the driver for that from this link;

    OK i'm in front of my pc now and won't leave for a bit, i installed the autodetect package and restarted, though the basic display adapter still has error 31 i'm afraid.

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    The Basic Display Adapter indicates there is no graphics driver installed on that device.

    Open Device Manager, then expand the Display Adapters section, please provide a screenshot of that window.

    Click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.
