Please open the "C:\windows\minidump" folder and see if any dumps were created on 2023-09-06. If so, share the dumps here.
Open systempropertiesadvanced.exe and click "Settings" under "Startup and Recovery".
Configure the dialog as in the screenshot below. i.e., uncheck "Automatically restart", select "small memory dump", and click OK.
Do a clean boot as explained here → How to perform a clean boot in Windows - Microsoft Support. Reboot and re-run Windows 11 Setup using the instructions here → How to run In-place upgrade in Windows 11 - Microsoft Community..
If the setup doesn't succeed, please share the fresh setup logs.

- Open the "C:$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources" folder.
- Select the two folders, "Panther" and "Rollback" (if present).
- Copy the two folders to the desktop and Zip them.
- Upload the zip file to OneDrive/Dropbox/WeTransfer.
