Why does our list items attachmet reapear when we try to add another new item?

Hello,

We are having a bit odd bug on our Sharepoint list.
For info we edited our list forms with Power Apps.

So the problem is that when we add a new item on our Sharepoint list and include a attachment testi.pdf to it everything seems fine, so we press safe and the item is added to the list. But when we add another new item right after, then the previous item attachment(testi.pdf) is already attached to the new item although we did not add it in.

If we refresh the page in between adding new items, then this bug doesn't appear.

What is causing this and is there a way to solve it?

We are guessing that the attachment for some reason stays in browser cache memory and from there it transmits to the new list item.

    How did you customize the form? If possible, please provide detailed steps or screenshots so that I could test it on my own.

    Clear the browser cache, then compare the result.

    You could also switch to other browsers to check if the issue still exists.
