    Hi Dhanush,

I am John J.D., a fellow Microsoft user like you.

It's worth noting that your i7-5500U processor isn't officially supported for Windows 11 by Microsoft: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardw...

To address this, you can start by ensuring your PC is up-to-date by going to Start > Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates.

    > Next, open the Microsoft Store and download the latest MyASUS app.

    > After that, open the MyASUS app and click on Customer Support > LiveUpdate > Check for any essential updates > Click on the latest one and download the most recent recommended BIOS firmware update.

    > If the problem persists, consider checking for hardware issues, like cleaning fan and reapplying thermal paste to the CPU.

    > Keep in mind that there may not be a CPU update compatible with Windows 11 for your processor, you can check this from Intel support for your CPU, the latest being for Windows 10 only.

    I hope this helps.

    John J.D.
