Hello, I've noticed a folder called ~nsuA.temp with a file called Un_A.exe which has appeared in my temp folder. This folder and file appeared right after uninstalling the program qBittorrent. I'm assuming this is a file related to the uninstaller, but would appreciate some confirmation of that.

Hi , Miles.

I am Ivan, I will help you with this.

Un_a.exe is a known component of ByteFence, Dashlane and TeamViewer security.

As it can also be an uninstallation file of Mozilla firefox Defense but as the file is in Temporary you can clean it using Disk cleanup.

    Hi , Miles.

I understand, but from what I understand it is used to uninstall, not even more as a temporary file, but you can use Windows Defender to analyze the file and with Malwaresbytes to be calm.

Already the registry entries as I informed if it used as an uninstall file makes sense but if it is not pointing to anything that could have happened that it was not removed after uninstalling.

I have tried it with another system and got the same file as well so im pretty sure its just a thing qbittorrent uses as well. The only reason I ask is I have seen it does have some registry entrys so im just curious if that would cause any issues by deleting it potentially. The entries seem to be just listing it an app essentially and none seem malicious or anything.

    Hi , Miles.

In that case you can delete your problem it an uninstall file but as it is in the temporary you can delete it directly or using disk cleanup.

But I haven't found anything about it qBittorrent so far, but as I reported above, it's in the temporary files, you can delete it.

Is it possible it's also related to QBittorrent? As im guessing this some sort of widely used uninstall tool. If I delete it manually would there be any problems?
