Windows update keeps breaking my computer

Hello, i recently built a new computer, which is good, right? Apparently no, this is the second time something has happened involving windows 11 and its updater.

Basically what has happened this time is that i installed KB5029263, KB2267602 (1.395.654.0) and the may 24th Windows Configuration Update. I have no idea what happened but i am extremely frustrated. When i boot up and log in, my desktop icons are missing, and when i hover over the taskbar my cursor changes to the "wait animation" cursor. When i click on the taskbar, my screen goes black and everything refreshes on the screen (the refreshing doesn't fix anything). If i click on the items at the taskbar, they don't open. Also, i haven't tested it for sure (but it happened when windows update broke my computer for the first time), but i am certain that if i click on the desktop itself (not the taskbar), the desktop will turn white, as if indicating that explorer.exe is having an issue. What's weird is that after a few seconds (maybe 2 minutes), everything goes back to normal. I am not looking for any fixes, i'll just reinstall windows. But i do want to know why: Microsoft can't seem to be competent enough to roll through updates without killing someone's OS, and WHY THE HELL DOES MY SYSTEM BREAK.

I ran system file checker, and yes, my installation is screwed, like the first time i had an issue with the updater. I also bet DISM won't be much help either.

Sidenote: I'm pretty sure the update i just installed is the reason why windows update has broken my computer the first time.

I know i sound frustrated, but any info is appreciated.

    Hi,

My name is Igor, it's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll do all my best to help you.

Please run Task manager at this moment (via Ctrl+Alt+Del), go to Performance tab, select Disk C: at the left and show a screenshot.

Run resource monitor from Tak manager, go to Disltab, and check (in the second table file names that are accessed at the moment.
