Please is there any news/updates on when the Azure SQL Database ledger will be fully launched in the UK region?

Hello @tari In addition to what Morillo has shared above. It is expected sometimes in June /July.

    My suggestion is to create your profile at Techcommunity and configure Search subscriptions and notifications to be the notified when the preview service is available on other regions.
