This message indicates that you a using a generic graphics driver and not the driver from the manufacturer. Please provide some more details to help identify what is causing this problem. Are you using a laptop or a desktop? Which is the full model of your computer/laptop or motherboard? Are you using an integrated graphics card or a dedicated graphics card?
Also, attach a screenshot of the System Information Page:
1-Right-click on Start then click on Run
2-Type: msinfo32 and click on Ok
And a screenshot of the version of the driver installed:
1-Right-click on Start then click on Device Manager
2-Click to expand the Display adapters
3-Right-click on the graphics driver and click on properties
4-Take a screenshot of the General and Driver tab
