I am sorry to hear that.

Since the computer encounters BSOD even during the clean installation process, there are probably hardware incompatibility issues.

You can stay with Windows 10 since it will reach the end of support on October 14, 2025.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

It is all up to you. If you need Windows 11, try again to see if it is installed on your computer. Or you can take a PC to a reliable maintenance shop for hardware checks.

You can also run this tool to make sure your computer fully supports Windows 11:

    Please keep me posted.

    Hi Klesti,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

Has your computer worked fine with Windows 10?

If yes, probably there is an incompatibility issue between your computer's hardware parts and Windows 11.

Please disconnect all the devices that are attached to your computer and retry installing Windows.

If the issue still persists and if you are comfortable of doing so, take all the system memory sticks out, examine them for any obvious defects, and then reseat them into the sockets. Make sure that they are seated properly in their slots. If you have multiple sticks of system memory installed and you suspect one is faulty, one thing to try is to reproduce the issue with only one stick of memory module at a time. This will help you to isolate the faulty module.

Please do not hesitate to ask if you need further assistance.

    Stay safe
