    Hey everyone ,

@Caspar von Eugen Yeah sounds about right .Some times it wont post an error at all other times it'snvlddmkm and or dwm.exe error.

I done a clean install of windows 11 today, updated the chipset and display driver from usb.

And oddly enough it has black screened more today than it has in the last week .

System Configuration - Services and disabling all non Microsoft services is the most stable it has been before and af6ter clean install.

    • couple things I think might be the issue or issues (disclaimer i have zero experience fixing pc)

Either the GPU its self or the mother board PCI slot is faulty

Possible windows 11 problem (i'm seeing a lot of people with the same issue )

The problem for me started around the time diablo 4 released so I don't know if the game fried my VRAM and that's causing the crashes.

I'll keep updating if i find anything else regarding the problem

    CHEERS

Hi, thanks for that information, can you check and upload if there are new minidump files? while waiting, I suggest following the steps below:

    Method 1. Do clean boot:

A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.

    • In the search box on the taskbar, type msconfig and select System Configuration from the results.
    • On the Services tab of System Configuration, select Hide all Microsoft services, and then select Disable all.
    • On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select Open Task Manager.
    • Under Startup in Task Manager, for each startup item, select the item and then select Disable.
    • Close Task Manager.
    • On the Startup tab of System Configuration, select OK. When you restart the computer, it's in a clean boot environment.

If none will work from the above solution, I suggest doing an in-place upgrade wherein it will upgrade the device to the latest version and repair all issues without deleting any files.
