When im trying to change the startup type to Automatic it just instantelly changes to disabled.

    1. Uninstall ReasonLabs products.
    2. Clean boot Windows. To do so, launch msconfig.exe. On the Servicestab of System Configuration, select Hide all Microsoft services, and then select Disable all. Select Apply.
    3. Reboot Windows.
    4. Re-enable the Windows Update service.

    Ok. Can you share your msinfo32 log on OneDrive?

    Run msinfo32.exe, press Ctrl + S to save the entries to a .NFO log. Share it on OneDrive/Dropbox.
