My disk is at constant 100% usage, I tried disabling services like sysmain, windows search, etc. I updated windows to latest version, I tried all the methods mentioned in other discussions but Nothing worked, I reinstalled windows twice formatted whole disk, still after install for few hours it's fine and then again constant 100% disk usage. System itself using most of the disk.

No, I tried all of these but none of it worked for me, but yeah now I have fixed the issue.
So there was this .dll file that was backed up in my one drive and everytime I was reinstalling windows and login with my account it used to restore itself and cause issues such as high disk usage, so I just deleted everything from my one drive reinstalled windows and now its working perfectly. It was such a annoying trojan horse virus.
