Error code: Unmountable Boot volume

I ran an windows defender offline scan.then it shows me to enter my bitlocker recovery key.so i enterd it.Then after restarting blue screen shows and showing error code : Unmountable boot volume please help me with this.

    Hello, can the computer restart, if it can start, in Windows 10, use the troubleshooting > advanced options > startup repair. If you can't boot, you may need to create bootable recovery media and boot from a USB drive or DVD to run Windows Recovery Environment.

    Enter the Command Prompt state of the recovery environment

    At the command prompt of the Windows Recovery Environment, use CHKDSK /r to try to repair the file system.

    If the system disk fails, you also need to use the bootrec command to repair the master record and boot record
