MY PC IS VERY SLOW GENERALLY EVERY TIME I OPEN THE BROWSER/SOFTWARES I GOT NOT RESPONDING POP UP

AND ONLY AFTER FEW MINUTES THEY OPEN (ALSO WHWN I SAVE FILES) ALSO WHAT DOES IT MEAN THIS MESSAGE SAY WHEN I'M IN THE WEBSITE AND HE STUCKS ALL THE TIME !!!!!!!

    I would like to ask for your patience and let's work together here to solve your issue with your computer. This can be caused by virus or malware, so we need to check if your device is infected. Have you tried scanning your computer?

    If most methods fail, you may need to consider performing a Reset this PC with Keep my files option.

    When was the last time your computer worked properly? Have you tried restarting your computer first and deleting the file?

    Please try to scan your computer for any virus or malware.

    Please try to scan your system using Microsoft Safety Scanner or the free edition of Malwarebytes.

    NOTHING HAS CHANGED IN MY PC AND ALSO THE FONTS BECAME TO DIM WHY EXPLAINT FOR ME WHY THAT SOFTWARE DOESN'S WANT TO GET ERASED FROM THE DESKTOP

    When was the last time it worked properly?

    Kindly try the suggested methods below.

    Press Windows key+R to open Run then type: %localappdata%\temp

    Press Enter

    Delete all the files inside the temp folder

    Restart your computer

    **Please try to run SFC and DISM to check for any system errors and corrupted files.

    After that, Restart your computer

    **Perform a Clean Boot

    Determine if a background program or a software conflict is causing the issue.

    Go to the search box > type msconfig

    Select System Configuration > go to the Services tab.

    Select and make sure to put a check mark on "Hide all Microsoft services"

    Click Disable all.

    Go to Startup tab > Open Task Manager > Disable all the unnecessary services running there. Restart your computer.

    Press Start then search and type performance, then select "Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows"

    Click Visual Effects tab, select Adjust for best performance > Apply.
