Sudden crashes.

Hi, my desktop has started crashing today.  It just goes to a black screen and then restarts.  Most of the time there is no dump file created, but the first crash seems to have time to create one. I have linked it here - https://1drv.ms/u/s!AoRCIngXFUklgoM3OSCXxtqVRKMOKA?e=F4YVV1  Could someone have a look at it for me and see if there are any clues please? I've tried running the usual repair routines and scanned the memory for issues, but still getting crashes. Sometimes it can run for an hour, other times a minute or two. Sometimes it wont come back up without a power off for a few minutes. Thanks for your help in advance.

Jonny

Memory means RAM, and SSD is a storage. So, dump shows corrupted data in RAM.

Please check if the problem persists after upgrade. If yes, run driver verifier.

Hi Igor, thanks for taking a look for me. I updated the RGB software... Do you think the memory corruption is in the RAM or on the SSD? I did a RAM scan yesterday, but it came up blank... However if the Dump says its there I could just switch the RAM out?

    Hi Jonny,

My name is Igor, it's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll do all my best to help you.

The dump shows memory corruption. Please update your RGB software.

Use driver verifier to gather additional information. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/244617...

    Run

    verifier /standard /all /bootmode resetonbootfail

command, reboot PC and use it as usual (with lower performance). If blue screen happens, please share memory dumps to OneDrive for analysis.
