Printing not loading

Hi,

I have been trying to print some documents, but no applications or drivers will load. I have attempted to print from the HP app as well as the regular Microsoft application, but it continues to load and doesn't go anywhere. I cant remove the device because it buffers when I try. I have also tried changing the printer settings and have had no luck. The computer and printer have updated and the printer prints from other computers fine.

Please help!

Karen

I have attempted to print from the HP app

Are you attempting to print from your phone (iPhone?) via the "HP Smart" app?

I have attempted to print from the ... regular Microsoft application

What "regular Microsoft application" are you referring to? Is this application installed on your computer or on some other device?

Have you attempted to print from your computer using Notepad, WordPad, or Microsoft Word (if you have it installed)? If so, with what results? Please provide the complete text of any error messages.

The reason you are not getting replies is that your question is difficult to uderstand.

Is this a printer installation new to your Windows 7 computer? Or, has it been installed and working for some time?

When you go to the Devices and Printers window, do you see your printer there? Is it grey or have a mark on it?

What have you tried to do so far?

    How old is this printer?

Are you saying the same printer works on different PCs?

What is the conection? Is it via USB, or Ethernet cable or wireless?
