Hi, for now it seems the issue is solved.
It was solved when I deleted the cache of file explorer.
Thanks for the help
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
Each time I try to open the file explorer it crashes. I opened Windows events and it seems it comes from a DLL called Kernelbase.dll
I've done
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
one and
SFC /SCANNOW
But it's still not fixed. What other thing can I try, please?

Hi, and thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today.
I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, this issue happens due to the miscalibration of system files, and for us to sort out the issue, kindly follow the steps below:
Method 1. Clear cache of File Explorer
-Open Run Command ( Press Windows key + R)
-Copy, paste, and enter the file path below:
%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations
Delete everything inside the AutomaticDestinations folder
-Restart the PC and check
Method 2. Do clean boot:
A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.
