HelloCould someone help when they have a moment? When the update is offered, you can hide this update using the following troubleshooter tool:

Download Windows Updates Troubleshooter Tool from Microsoft

https://download.microsoft.com/download/F/2/2/F...

Click on "Hide updates" option and you'll be able to hide the desired update given in the list.

The error code means a FATAL error. Does the PC have any 3rd party antivirus installed?

Thank you for the reply.

Spybot has installed been for at least two years, it is not turned on. It's not caused an issue before. I use it 3 to 4 times a year.

Side note: I could not get my initial message to format like a normal email, nor would the photo that was uploaded appear?
