Lower fps

So after resetting my laptop it has been giving me lower fps than before resetting it

    Click your Start Button, then just type msinfo an press Enter.

    Please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.

    Open Task Manager and select the Processes tab and leave that window open.

    Start playing a game and when your FPS is low, please provide a screenshot of the Task Manager window.
