microsoft windows networking correlation slow

Hi.

I downloaded WPA tool and did traces on boot events. I am wondering why at a startup, microsoft windows networking correlation activity varies between 3-15 seconds and slows boot-up time in line with this delay. Any way to optimize that activity?

I did three boot/trace runs and the correlation went from 15s to 8s to 3.7s during each boot cycle.

Win10

Many thanks
