Taskbar stops working

Question

The task bar becomes unresponsive and when I mouse over it, the cursor becomes a spinning wheel and never stops. I can't access the Start menu.I can't access the search in the taskbar.The Windows key on the keyboard does nothing. I can't type anything in the search bar of a folder window.

If I right-click the taskbar, all the icons disappear and it becomes a blank gray bar (with the cursor still spinning).  The time and date are still visible, but the app icons, the battery icon, and the Wifi icon are all gone. I cannot open Windows Photos (double-clicking a jpg file does nothing).What I *can* still do:I can Alt-Tab to apps, windows, folders, etcI can use software that's already open.I can save files (text docs, Paint pics, etc) I can open new folders by right-clicking or left-clicking on them 

I can open text files in Libre Office by double clicking the file.

I can open Task Manager via Ctrl-Alt-Del

I can right-click the desktop (however, clicking on Display settings does nothing). I have tried restarting multiple times, and it always ends up back here, although sometimes I can use Windows normally for several minutes before the problem recurs.

Yes, it is compatible with Windows 10, but not with Windows 11 22h2.

FYI, the scan said "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."

Also, is Taskbar11 compatible with Windows 10?

Okay, open the Prompt on command (admin).

Run the command: sfc /scannow , wait for the process to finish and restart the computer.

Download taskbar11 from the link below and leave the configuration like the image below:

Open Taskbar11 and uncheck the widget chat and touch keyboard option after clicking save it will close windows explorer and open it again thus correcting the taskbar.
