Debugging Performance issues on Windows 10

Question

Hello I am trying to figure out how to debug Windows 10. I am experiencing issues with latency and also with system performance. I think alot of it is being caused by a windows filter driver that is loaded on the device. I have looked at using windbg but I get an error when trying to run it that secure boot is preventing it. This is driving me mad. If anyone could point me in the right direction I would be thankful.

Hey.

1. Do a job that create the performance issue.
2. While this job running , open Task Manager and check for programs that have high usage of any resource.
3. Post a screenshot of the more high usage programs.
