Every Windows Setup Won't Work

Ok, a night i wanted to switch from windows 10 to windows 7, then i got errors but after it booted me to the setup but it said to me "windows could not update the computer's boot configuration. Installation cannot proceed." And now it says on EVERY SINGLE WINDOWS INSTALLATION People says its from secure boot but my bios dont have an option to enable/disable it, system partiton delete, Nothing. bootrec, Nope. I tried to return to windows 10, karma... Error 0xc0000034 File /BCD Not found because i formated my C: Partition, I also tried windows 11 bypasses of secure boot but, nothing. I also tried with windows 11 (with rufus bypass because my pc dosent support it) didnt work. Please someone help i need to fix it because i need to do my school projects! More info: PC: HP Compaq 6200 Pro SFF (does emergency boot kit usefull? If yes, how to install i have one single usb key)

    I did it before knowing rufus and it didn't work too, is there a problem on the motherboard or something?

    Download the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool and create a USB Setup disk.

    I can't be sure because it don't say it on the BIOS, and for rufus... I DID RUFUS! But didn't work. Thanks For Answering.

    Is the boot mode in your BIOS set to UEFI or legacy?

    Anyway, please create a new USB setup disk from another computer using the Media Creation Tool (instead of Rufus).

    Then, do a clean installation by booting from the USB stick, See How to do a clean installation of Windows 10 | Windows Central.
