Thank u so much ! I've noticed the driver kerneld.sys but I thought it's from Microsoft , my bad ..

Hi, and thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today.

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, as per checking and analyzing the DMP files you have, there are multiple errors with kerneld.x64, this is related to the driver from AIDA64 Extreme which is not compatible with the device, in this case, I suggest following the steps below:

Uninstall AIDA64 Extreme app or related app:

Press the Windows key + R then type in:

    appwiz.cpl

    Then hit OK

Right-click on AIDA64 Extreme app or related app then click uninstall and follow the prompt and restart the PC.

If the issue persists, you may also refer to this link for additional troubleshooting steps:

Under "Best practices for resolving kerneld issues"

Note: This is a non-Microsoft website. The page appears to be providing accurate, safe information. Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.

Let me know how it goes and I hope that helps.
