Hello, last week a pc with office 2010 crashed, so i had to reinstall windows. I have the license of ms office 2010 with the product key but not the installation disc.. how can i instal it? I tried to contact the vendor of the pc but is not available..
I registered on office.com but it doesn't recognize the key

Isn't there a way to download the iso?

Thanks

    Hi @Giovanni DC ,

    Welcome to Q&A!

Per my research, as said in the Additional information and troubleshooting part in this article, if you had a disc, but cannot find it you would be unable to install Office 2010.

Besides, you could also try to contact Microsoft Support directly to confirm this issue.

By the way, lease note that support for Office 2010 ended on October 13, 2020, this means there will be no extension and no extended security updates.
To get better user experience, it's recommend to upgrade to a newer version of Office.
    Thanks for your understanding.
