Is this folder inside the WindowsApps folder? If so, please try DaveM121's solution in the older thread below if it helps.
Hidden Memory Being Used
My HD is being consumed by Apps & features, it is using 433 GB out of 460 GB total, but I might only have 30 GB worth of applications,
I've read the space is used by hidden files (recovery & shadow copies), I have tried Disk Cleanup (with the more option/System Restore and Shadow Copies tab/option), Storage sense, and a couple of tools, all of them only delete a minimal portion of useless files, but never take care of the issue. Is there any way to fix this problem to find hidden files or hidden features etc that I could delete that I don't need in order to clear this problem.
It might be a windows glitch or bug but any help would be greatly appreciated.

That software works! It identified which files were taking up the space. However, when I try to delete them it says I need permission from system and I was wondering how I could grant permission. Thanks so much for your help and see the attached screen shot for more details

Please check the support article below on How to Free up drive space in Windows
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/fre...
If this doesn't work, please try downloading and installing this free tool called TreeSize to identify apps or files that are taking up more of your storage space.
https://www.jam-software.com/treesize_free
Once installed, open the app, wait for the scan to complete then expand the folders
Please check and identify apps or files that are taking up more of your storage space., Select and right click the file you don't need. Click "Delete" to free up space.
Kindly let me know if this helps or if you have any further concerns.
Kind regards,
John DeV
