The dump says your NVidia graphic drive is corrupted, please reinstall.
But this corruption may be caused by another software, so please check for Vanguard anti-cheat update too.

Hi, been getting error volmgr 161 dump file creation failed since yesterday. My pc will restart while I'm gaming, and that is the error found in event viewer. I ran driver verifier and was able to get a dump file. Please help me read it and determine the problem. Thanks.
