How do I remove AI.exe from my Dell laptop?
🚫 I did not authorize this installation by Microsoft. Updates are forced no matter what my preferences are. I do not want this on my computers or devices. A previous community question about it in February states that you can delete it, but it will get reinstalled with updates from Microsoft. I am not able to delete it because it says it's running, but I have no idea how to stop it from running, as I am not afforded permission on MY COMPUTER to stop it. Microsoft is taking entirely too many liberties on our personal devices. As far as I'm concerned, this is right along the line of the forced install of MCMClient that is used as a backdoor app.
What is the permanent solution to rid my computer of this and other similar executables that I do not permit on my computers and devices? I am not interested in a newer version of Windows or Microsoft Office, and an not interested in having the updates with this and similar types of executables included.
Thank you muchly. 🌷
