Windows reboot loop after adding an SSD?

My PC has a 2tb HDD with windows on it. I bought a 2tb m.2 nvme SSD with the intention of cloning the HDD onto the SSD, however, when I installed the SSD into the PC it will boot to the windows login screen then reboot to the automatic repair/recovery screen. The PC boots as normal when the SSD is removed.

How can I fix this? I have tried: removing cmos battery, reseating ram, switched between CMS/UEFI, resetting boot order in BIOS

These 1024 kb mean not free space on disk but the size of unpartitioned space.

Could it be your SSD was initialized as MBR already, but partitions were not created or were deleted? In yes. clean it from diskpart tool, disable CSM, set SSD as primary boot drive, and install Windows.

I had to take a photo of the screen as I can’t actually get into windows. I believe disk 0 is my HDD boot drive but I’m not sure why it says it has 1024kb free. It has about 100GB free.

I haven’t got as far as cloning, it’s a fresh ssd. When the ssd is in the pc it refuses to go to windows and keeps rebooting until it eventually goes to recovery.
