2023-09-07T01:15:24+00:00 If the issue still persists, please try performing an In-place Upgrade. It will definitely help in resolving update errors. Performing this can repair broken operating system files while your personal files, settings and installed applications will not be removed.

Few things to check on the PC
**Unplug all external peripherals except for the Mouse, Keyboard, and LAN cable before starting
**Disable or uninstall any 3rd party VPN or Anti-Virus program to prevent it from interfering with the upgrade

2023-09-07T01:05:08+00:00 Hi John,
Thank you for your quick response!
I just tried the 2 steps you mentioned and restarted the PC. However, I still got the same file system error. I got these kind of errors about a month ago.
Another thing I noticed is that there are 2 failures about my Windows 11 update. When I go to Settings>-Windows Update, there are 2 failures:
- 2023-08 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5029351)
- 2023-08 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 (KB5028948)
I tried to install these 2 files multiple times but it couldn't work. I am wondering if this is related to the file system error.
Many Thanks,
Kexuan
