All Java related stuff, including Minecraft won't start up

When I try to start up Minecraft Java Edition or any other program that uses Java, they instantly crash upon start up. Minecraft doesn't even show any logs and only shows the error code. I tried reinstalling Java but that didn't help. What can I do to fix this?
