a while ago i tried to do that thing where you renamed cmd.exe to utilman.exe to kinda jailbreak your pc, and long story short i cant use cmd.exe anymore (or utilman.exe for that matter) i just need to find a way to rename utilman back to cmd and vice versa

command from Windows Terminal (admin) environment and check if cmd works.
