I can't install .NET Framework 3.5, error code 0x80073712

Not sure if anyone else got this error code, but it's not on that Microsoft Learn article about solving installation problems for .NET Framework 3.5. The error code that I got is 0x80073712. The OS that I'm using is Windows 10. It happens literally every time I try to instal .NET Framework 3.5. Help me!

    Try the DISM method to enable .NET Framework 3.5 on your system.
