Microsoft Store automatic updates

Hi everyone, I was installing some updates on Microsoft Store and accidentally closed the Store a few times - I'm worried now that any updates to apps it was doing will be faulty. I note that when I re-opened the Microsoft Store a while later all the updates had been successfully installed. Do I need to worry? Do the updates install in the background with the Store closed like it seems to have done? Thanks.

    Updates will continue in background and will be completed, even when you close Store app, as long as background services are running.

    The updates continue in the background if the store application has been closed. There is no need to worry.
