Right-click Start>Run.
Type in msinfo32 and press enter.
Take a screenshot of the System Summary window and post it in the next reply.
Bluetooth & Wireless internet connection doesn't work

Okay, so I have this issue on my computer where the Bluetooth and wifi won't work. Bluetooth network connection shows as not operational and so does Ethernet in "Hardware and connection properties". When I go to device manager they show as working properly though. That doesn't make sense.

Basic troubleshooting step - can you ensure your Laptop does not have a physical latch that might have triggered Airplane Mode?
Also, kindly check Win+A menu and see if the Airplane Mode is not on.
