I am getting this error once or twice a day, whether the computer is running or in Sleep mode. On the diagnostic viewer it shows:

Problem signature

Problem Event Name: BlueScreen

Parameter 2: ffffe60fa1ddb050

Parameter 3: ffff9187a705f198

Parameter 4: ffffe60fa819b8e0

OS version: 10_0_22621

Service Pack: 0_0

Product: 256_1

Extra information about the problem

Bucket ID: 0x9F_3_IMAGE_storahci.sys (18446744073709551615)

On the event viewer it shows Kernel-Power 41, Keywords (70368744177664),(2)

I have searched the internet and tried everything suggested for Blue Screen errors, run MemTest for 12 passes, and I installed and ran Fortec yesterday. None of this has made any difference. Can I provide the minidump file (tell me how) for anyone to give me guidance on what is causing the problem please. (This is a new installation of Windows 11). PS I also tried removing my Nvidia graphics card and using the onboard graphics but it made no difference. I have an MSI Tomahawk MAG B650 motherboard with AMD 7950X CPU.

Nice progress.

If there are more BSOD the Maxtor may still be useful as a temporary drive.

Run the Crucial scanner to view some drive options:

Post a new V2 share link now and for any BSOD post a new V2 share link into the newest post

I have no storage management installed. I have run several checks on the hard disc (a Corsair MP600 PRO LPX M2 2 TB) including CHKDSK and all come back with no problems. I cannot identify any driver (on the manufacturer's website or anywhere else). The one installed (Control Panel/System/Device Manager/Disk Drives) is a Microsoft 2006 driver which it says is the best one - where would I get another? I have already installed the motherboard software.

I have a disc image - would it help to reload that?

I will check the BIOS suggestion........

Your dump file shows problems with the storage drive.

This could be caused by a corrupted hard disk or a faulty driver, I suggest you uninstall any storage management software (if installed) and do a health check on your hard disk.

You can find and uninstall the driver in the Programs page of the Control Panel, or if you can't find it, just do the installation step.

Also, please go to your BIOS and find the AHCI option. Then disable and enable it to see if it makes any difference.

Hello, I'm A&K, here to help.

I may need you to provide the dump file to help you analyze the failure. Please see if there is a. DMP file in your system directory "C:\Windows\Minidump". If there is, please upload it to a cloud drive such as OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive and share the link here, I will help you analyze it.

Disclaimer: The dump file may contain some information about you, such as system environment, software used, etc. This is a public community and can be viewed by anyone, so please remove the share as soon as possible after I answer. Please do not provide the file named "MEORY.DMP", which contains almost all information about your system at runtime.
