I updated using windows update but got an error message like the image I attached and couldn't install. I downloaded the update on the Microsoft Update Catalog page and installed it on my computer. After installation is complete, the windows version and build remain the same as before the update and new features do not appear. Please help me.

Sorry about my bad English

Thanks

I followed the instructions after installing the iso file, windows restarted and it was still version 22621.1702.

Every time the computer is started, windows update is automatically downloaded but cannot be installed with the following error "Something didn't go as planned. No need to worry-undoing changes. Please keep your computer on."

Your best option is to perform an in-place repair with the Windows 11 ISO, I do not think that update is installed correctly.

Please follow the steps, this is then just an update and your personal files, settings and installed software will not be affected.

    Click this link:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...

to download the Windows 11 ISO

When the ISO file completes downloading

    Disconnect from the Internet

Disconnect all external devices with the exception of a mouse or keyboard.

Temporarily disable any 3rd party Anti-virus you may have installed

Then, in Windows File Explorer, double click the ISO and then run Setup.exe and select the upgrade option.

When I install using the update file downloaded to my computer, it is still the old version, but if I update using Windows update, I get an error like the picture I have attached.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

That may just be a bug on the winver dialog box, open the Settings App, then go to System - About

Please provide a screenshot of that window.
